The tank design will contain a camera inspection system and spray down system used to ensure tank internals are properly cleaned and free of defects to increase the longevity of these tanks. The solicitation is intended to result in a firm-fixed price 100% small business set-aside contract. The potential award will be to the small business evaluated to be the most responsible, that can meet or exceed the technical requirements and provide the supplies to the Government at a fair and reasonable price. Detailed specifications are included in solicitation N32253-20-Q-0014 and the Statement of Objectives (SOO) attached to this post. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332420 - Metal Tank (Heavy Gauge) Manufacturing. The size standard for this NAICS code is 750 employees. The Product Service Code is 4540 - Waste Disposal Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, DFARS (last updated 05/06/2020), and NMCARS 18-09.
