This announcement constitutes the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are not being requested at this time and a separate written solicitation will be issued. This pre-solicitation notice is to notify interested parties in anticipation of the request for quote (RFQ) N32253-20-Q-0005 to be posted on 26 October 2019 No Later Than 1500 Hours (3:00 P.M.) HST. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide one (1) Lodging Room for the Industrial Watch Officer for One (1) Year. Any interested parties that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written quote in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement once the solicitation is posted on FBO. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561210 Base facilities operation support services and size standard of $41.5 million apply to this procurement. The product service code (PSC) associated with this procurement is X1FC Lease/Rental of Troop Housing Facilities. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted no later than 30 OCTOBER 2019 at 0700 Hours (7:00 A.M.) HST.
