The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means to conduct market research. This is to identify interested parties for the requirement to provide a Manufacturer Trained Technician to perform annual, on-site preventive maintenance, repair services, and to include an inspection report for Two High Pressure Nitrogen Trailers IAW the PWS. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611, Small Business Size Standard: 1,250. The Product Service code is J023 –Maintenance, Repair, Vehicles-Trailers. The request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization, Cage code DUNS number 2) tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability 3) Recommended contract vehicle (i.e., GSA, schedule or existing IDIQ). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
