This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote RFQ N32253-19-R-0010. Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, DFARS DPN 20180928, and NMCARS 18-04.
