This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued for full and open competition request for quotes (RFQ) N32253-19-Q-0081. Companies that believe they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a quote which will be considered by the Government. Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the attached solicitation. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06 Item I, DFARS DPN 20190820, and NMCARS 18-08. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811219 and Size Standard of $22M apply to this procurement.
