The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means to conduct market research to identify interested parties for the requirement to perform on-site emergency services and preventative maintenance of its Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219. The Product Service code is J066 – Maintenance and Repair of Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. The request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization, Cage code DUNS number 2) tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability 3) Recommended contract vehicle (i.e., GSA, schedule or existing IDIQ). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the requirements in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 19 JULY 2019 at 0700 HST.
