Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) Pearl Harbor, HI intends to procure two Teradyne Spectrum 9100-Series Automatic Test Systems (ATSs). This procurement will be a limited competition between the offerors who can provide the exact brand name equipment development, assembly, installation, checkout and logistic support of two Teradyne Spectrum 9100-Series ATSs to replicate capabilities at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) New London, Groton, CT and add capability to test four different variants of the modular power amplifier. A Brand Name Justification in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) will be posted with the solicitation. The resultant contract will be competitively awarded, on a firm-fixed price basis, to the responsible business that can provide the exact brand name at the lowest total cost to the Government. Detailed specifications will be included in solicitation N32253-19-Q-0067 and will be issued and posted on the fbo.gov on or about 03 July 2019 and will close 30 days after the solicitation issue date.
