This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote RFQ N32253-19-Q-0061. PHNSY & IMF plans to award a firm fixed price contract on an unrestricted basis for the refurbishment and weight testing of 98 weapons handling lashing strap assemblies and refurbishment of 92 weapons handling dolly assemblies. Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the time of award. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, who offers the lowest price and considered technically acceptable. The contractor shall refurbish and weight test 98 each Weapons Handling Lashing Strap Assemblies and refurbish 92 Weapons Handling Dolly Assemblies. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611. All potential contractors must include estimated lead-time for this requirement.
