This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a sole source request for quote RFQ N32253-19-Q-0049 to RIX Industries and is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). However, companies that believe they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a quote which will be considered by the Government. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, DFARS DPN 20190215, and NMCARS 18-04. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333912 and Size Standard of 1,000 apply to this procurement. Quotes are due to this office no later than 22 April 2019 4:00 PM; Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Quotes must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and the secondary point of contact.
