The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means to conduct market research. PHNSY and IMF request the services of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractor to service and maintain Inland Technology Parts Washers. The quantity to be serviced will be changed from twenty-two (22) parts washer to twenty-four (24) Parts Washer. The contractor shall provide annual preventative maintenance, repair, and replenish with breakthrough fluid. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North America Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance), and the size standard for this NACIS code is $8 Million Dollars. The Product Service Code is L049 –Technical Representative – Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. The request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submissions of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: (1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, CAGE code, DUNS number; and (2) tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.
