The notice is a presolicitation for a one-voyage tanker charter requiring one clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag double-hull tanker with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks. The vessel must carry at least 135,000 barrels of clean product (intended JP8) within natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. Loading is intended at Saint Theodori, Greece (MOH Terminal), and discharge at Mersin, Turkey (TURKNATO Terminal). Laydays commence 04 December and cancel 05 December 2026, with a one-voyage period of performance. The procurement is unrestricted, and responsible sources may be considered.
