The Navy requires one U.S. or foreign-flag general cargo RORO or LOLO vessel capable of transporting at least 40,000 square feet of rolling stock and general cargo for port-to-port logistics in support of USMC missions and exercises in the Western Pacific. Delivery and redelivery will be in Naha, Okinawa, Japan. The layday begins 28 December 2026 and cancels 6 January 2027, with an approximately 360-day charter period. The pre-solicitation date is 21 October 2026. The requirement is unrestricted, and all responsible sources may submit proposals; the SBA Procurement Center Representative concurred with the unrestricted decision.
