This presolicitation seeks a tanker voyage charter for one clean, approved U.S. or foreign-flag double-hull tanker equipped with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks. The vessel must be capable of carrying at least 15,000 bbls of clean product, intended JPTS, within natural segregation in designated cargo tanks using double valve isolation. Loading is intended at Killingholme, U.K. (SKJ Terminal), and discharge at Akrotiri, Cyprus (PSD - RAF AKROTIRI Terminal). The laydays commence 07 November and cancel 14 November 2026, with a one-voyage period of performance. The procurement is unrestricted, and all responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration.
