The Navy requires one clean, approved U.S. Jones Act Articulated Tug and Barge (ATB), Integrated Tug and Barge (ITB), non-connected tug and barge, or double-hull MR tanker with an Inert Gas System or equivalent and segregated ballast tanks. The vessel must carry at least 260,000 bbls of clean product (JP5/F76/JAA) for MR tankers or 150,000 bbls for ATB/ITB/non-connected tug and barge within natural segregation in designated cargo tanks. Delivery will be on the U.S. West Coast, range and port at charterer’s option (intentions Long Beach, CA), with redelivery on the U.S. West Coast, range and port at charterer’s option (intentions Puget Sound, WA). Laydays commence 11 November 2026 and cancel 18 November 2026, and the period of performance is about 50 days. The procurement is unrestricted based on a recent sources sought notice, with SBA Procurement Center Representative concurrence.
