This is a pre-solicitation for a 90-day tanker time charter requiring one clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag double-hull tanker with an Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks capable of carrying at least 240,000 barrels of clean product (intentions F76 and/or JP5) in designated cargo tanks with natural segregation and double valve isolation. Delivery is intended at Onsan, South Korea, within the Western Pacific/Sea of Japan range and port in the charterer’s option. Redelivery is intended at Hakozaki, Japan, within the same Western Pacific/Sea of Japan range and port in the charterer’s option. Laydays commence 13 November 2026 and cancel 14 November 2026, with a period of performance of about 90 days. The procurement is unrestricted and open to all responsible sources.
