The contract is for the Post-Shakedown Availability of the USNS LANSING (T-EPF 16) in accordance with the solicitation and work item package. The anticipated period of performance is September 8, 2027, through December 6, 2027, and the solicitation will be made available on or about October 9, 2026, through the PIEE Solicitation Module. Performance will occur at the contractor’s facility, but due to operational and national security considerations, the location must be on the East Coast or Gulf. Interested parties must complete and return a non-disclosure agreement to obtain the work item package and government-furnished technical data. This requirement is a total small business set-aside based on market research, with proposals expected from two or more small businesses.
