The contractor will prepare for and accomplish the deactivation of the USNS JOHN LENTHALL (T-AO 189) under the solicitation and work item package. Major work includes general ship services; cleaning and gas-freeing tanks, voids, cofferdams, and spaces; hazardous waste disposal at the contractor’s facility; and equipment removal. The anticipated period of performance is 01 July 2027 through 30 September 2027. Performance will be at the contractor’s facility located on the East or Gulf Coast. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 01 December 2026 through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, and this total small business set-aside requires an executed non-disclosure agreement to obtain the work item package and government furnished technical data.
