The contract covers preparing for and accomplishing the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS GUADALUPE per the solicitation and work item package. Anticipated performance is September 20, 2027 through February 7, 2028, at the contractor’s facility on the West Coast due to operational and national security considerations. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about November 24, 2026 through the PIEE Solicitation Module. To access the work item package and government furnished technical data, contractors must complete and return the attached non-disclosure agreement to the announcement point of contact. The decision to solicit under full and open competition was based on market research, with MSC’s Office of Small Business and SBA Procurement Center Representative concurring.
