The government is issuing an RFQ for commercial diving services to perform an Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Dry-docking (UWILD) on the USNS SACAGAWEA in Guam. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns and will use FAR provisions and clauses incorporated by reference. Contract details, required services, and applicable provisions/clauses are provided in the attached SF 1449. Quotes must be submitted only through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The anticipated award date is 11/6/2026.
