This pre-solicitation is for a 75-day dry cargo time charter requiring a U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying at least 600 TEUs while meeting all applicable HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements and maintaining a minimum laden speed of 13 knots. Delivery and redelivery will be at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA). Laydays commence 14 December 2026 and cancel 18 December 2026, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance is about 75 days, with three 75-day options. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
