The Navy seeks to charter one clean, double-hull tanker with an Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks, capable of carrying at least 235,000 barrels of clean product in segregated tanks with double-valve isolation. The vessel may be U.S. or foreign flag. Delivery and redelivery are in the Mediterranean Sea, with intended locations of St. Theodore, Greece and Piraeus, Greece, respectively. Laydays commence 29 September 2026 and cancel 30 September 2026, covering a performance period of about 90 days. This procurement is unrestricted, and all responsible sources may submit proposals.
