The vessel will load in Tacoma, WA, with an available load date of 15-20 September 2026, and discharge at Tengan Pier, Japan (latest arrival 15-27 October 2026) and Apra Harbor, Guam (latest arrival 15 November 2026). The laydays commence 14 September and cancel 19 September 2026. No budget amount is specified. The procurement is unrestricted, and all responsible sources may submit a proposal.
