This opportunity is for a 66-day dry cargo time charter of one or two self-sustaining Roll-on/Roll-off vessels. The vessel(s) must carry a minimum of 105,000 SQFT of military cargo at a laden speed of at least 15 knots. Performance involves delivery in Charleston, South Carolina, and redelivery in Melbourne, Australia. The laydays commence and cancel between 25 July 2026 and 30 July 2026. No budget amount is specified, and the procurement is unrestricted.
