This opportunity is for a 365-day dry cargo time charter requiring one U.S. flag, Jones Act-compliant, self-sustaining Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) with specific cargo deck, crane, and speed capabilities. Performance will take place in Pearl Harbor, HI, with laydays commencing on 01 September 2026 and cancelling on 30 September 2026. The vessel must have a minimum of 3,500 square feet of unobstructed deck space, a crane lifting 20 tons at 30 feet, and a maximum laden draft of 6 meters. This is a total small business set-aside, and all responsible sources may submit proposals. No budget amount is specified in the description.
