The Military Sealift Command requires a U.S. Flag, Jones Act qualified ocean-going tug to tow the EX-JUNEAU and provide services for exercise Valiant Shield 26. The contract performance will be from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, to an intermediate stop in Guam, with a final destination in the Marianas Island Testing And Training Surveillance Area. The layday commences and cancels on 18 May 2026, and the period of performance is for one voyage. This is a Total Small Business Set-aside contract. The budget and award date are to be determined.
