This is a presolicitation notice for a 60-day time charter of a tanker vessel. The vessel must be a clean, double-hull tanker with an inert gas system, capable of carrying at least 270,000 barrels of clean product. The place of performance is from a delivery point in the Mediterranean Sea (intentions St. Theodore, Greece) to a redelivery point in the South China Sea (intentions Singapore). The charter period is set to begin between 30 April 2026 and 01 May 2026. The procurement is unrestricted, allowing all responsible sources to submit proposals.
