The U.S. Navy seeks to charter up to two clean, approved double-hull tankers, each with an Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks capable of carrying at least 235,000 barrels of clean product. The place of performance is the Mediterranean Sea, with intended delivery near St. Theodore, Greece, and redelivery near Piraeus, Greece. The laydays for vessel charter commence on 20 March and 23 April 2026, with cancellation dates of 21 March and 24 April 2026, respectively. The period of performance for each chartered vessel will be approximately 60 days. This is an unrestricted procurement open to all responsible sources.
