Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions DFSP Hakozaki, Japan); and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions DFSP Hakozaki, Japan). The laydays commence 14 March and cancel 15 March 2026, and the period of performance will be about 60 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
