This is a presolicitation for a dry cargo voyage charter requiring a U.S. flag roll-on/roll-off vessel with specific cargo capacity. The vessel must load in Tacoma, Washington, around late April 2026, and discharge in Okinawa, Japan, and Apra Harbor, Guam, with required arrival dates through late May and early June 2026. The performance period is for one voyage. This is a full and open competition. Budget and award amounts are to be determined.
