Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract is for the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS GRASP, with performance required from January 11, 2027 to March 26, 2027. The work must be performed at the contractor's facility located on the West Coast, in Hawaii, or in Alaska. The solicitation will be available on or about February 10, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside, and proposals from at least two small businesses are expected. Access to the detailed work package requires submitting a non-disclosure agreement to the provided point of contact.
