This is a presolicitation for a 45-day dry cargo time charter for a marine vessel, with three additional 45-day option periods. The vessel must be U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining, capable of carrying at least 350 TEUs with HAZMAT compliance, and have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots. The place of performance for delivery and redelivery is the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA). The laydays for the charter commence and cancel on 01 March 2026. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
