Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 350 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA). The laydays commence and cancel 01 March 2026, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be about 45 days, with three 45-day options. 18.
