This is a presolicitation for a 75-day time charter of a tanker to transport clean petroleum products. The vessel must be a double-hull tanker with an inert gas system, capable of carrying at least 240,000 barrels. The primary performance location is the Western Pacific and Sea of Japan, with intended ports in South Korea and Japan. The charter period is set to begin with laydays from February 12 to 13, 2026. The procurement is unrestricted, allowing all responsible sources to submit proposals.
