The Vessels laden speed shall be 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Tacoma, WA (USA); and the place/range of redelivery is Port Hueneme, CA (USA). The laydays commence/cancel 10 January and 14 January 2026. The period of performance will be about 63 days for each chartered vessel. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
