Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, NC (USA), with no coastwise movements. The laydays commence 07 December and cancel 19 December 2025. Owners/Offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival and must confirm their ability to meet the laydays.
