Each must be capable of carrying a minimum of 150,000 BBLS of JP5/F76/JAA within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the U.S. Gulf Coast Port; and the place/range of redelivery is the U.S. East Coast Port. The first ATB/ITB laydays commence 15 November and cancel 18 November 2025, and the second ATB/ITB laydays commence 20 November and cancel 25 November 2025. The period of performance will be about 55 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
