The anticipated period of performance is September 22, 2026 to December 3, 2026. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be West Coast. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 12, 2025 through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml To obtain access to the work item package and government furnished information technical data, complete and return the attached non-disclosure agreement to the point of contact of this announcement.
