Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery/ redelivery is Port Hueneme, CA (USA). The laydays commence 21 December and cancels 23 December 2025. Owners/Offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival and provide vessel’s itinerary confirming the vessel can meet the laydays. The period of performance will be about 100 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
