This contract is for the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS. The performance period is from January 11, 2027, to April 20, 2027. The work must be performed at the contractor's facility located on the U.S. East or Gulf Coast. This is a total small business set-aside, with an expectation of proposals from two or more small businesses. The solicitation and work item package will be made available for access.
