This opportunity is for T-ESD and ESB Class Alteration Design Support, with more details in the attached PWS. It is restricted to SeaPort NXG MAC holders only and is a 100% set-aside; no other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders must register for PIEE accounts to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers, and all information will be posted to PIEE and SAM.gov. Questions and requests for Government Technical Data or Government Furnished Information must be emailed to the Primary and Secondary Solicitation Manager identified in the PIEE Solicitation Module, with responses posted as an attachment in PIEE; a signed NDA is required before such data is provided. Written questions must be submitted by 9/22/2026 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, and questions submitted after that may not be answered.
