Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Souda Bay, Crete). The laydays commence 26 September and cancel 27 September 2025, and the period of performance will be about 30 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
