Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Marseilles-Lavera, France). The laydays commence 07 September and cancel 08 September 2025, and the period of performance will be about 75 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
