Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. flag, Jones Act Compliant, ATB/ITB with segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 150,000 bbls of clean products (intentions JA1, JP5, F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is US Gulf of America, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Corpus Christi, TX); and the place/range of redelivery is US Gulf of America, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Houston, TX). The laydays commence 10 July and cancel 15 July 2025, and the period of performance will be about 75 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
