Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions S-Oil / Onsan, Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions DFSP Hakozaki / Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 22 July and cancel 29 July 2025, and the period of performance will be about 60 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
