The Vessels laden speed shall be 13 knots, maximum length overall (LOA) not to exceed 1,000 ft. /305 m. and laden draft not to exceed 31.5ft/ 9.6m Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Hiro, Kure City (Japan) and place/redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Concord, CA (USA). The laydays commence/cancel 24 June – 10 July 2025. The period of performance will be about 33 days. Set-aside Status: Total Small Business Set-Aside. The decision to release this procurement as “Total Small Business Set-Aside” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.
