The anticipated period of performance is March 20, 2026 to September 20, 2026. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be the West Coast. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 4, 2025, through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml To obtain access to the work item package and government furnished information technical data, complete and return the attached non-disclosure agreement to the point of contact of this announcement.
