Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Algeciras, Spain); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Souda Bay, Crete). The laydays commence 21 July and cancel 22 July 2025, and the period of performance will be about 20 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC’s Associate Deputy Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
