Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Ulsan, Korea (SK Energy Terminal); and the intended discharging port/place is Mesaieed, Qatar (Qatex Limited Terminal). The laydays commence 26 June and cancel 27 June 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
