The Vessels laden speed shall be 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Pyeongtaek, ROK; and the place/range of redelivery is Tacoma, WA (USA). The laydays commence/cancel 17, 21, and 25 June 2025. The period of performance will be about 23 days for each chartered vessel. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
