Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Killingholme, U.K. (SKJ Terminal); and the intended discharging port/place is Akrotiri, Cyprus (PSD - RAF Akrotiri Terminal). The laydays will commence 29 April 2025 and cancel 07 May 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
