Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Algeciras, Spain); and the place/range of redelivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Souda Bay, Crete). The laydays commence 19 April and cancel 20 April 2025, and the period of performance will be about 15 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
